Hender Scheme is a Japanese footwear and accessories label based in Tokyo, Japan founded by designer Ryo Kashiwazaki. The products are a response to the mass-produced nature of the fashion industry. Each design is based on a popular sneaker model but is artisanally produced, handcrafted in quality leather and vegetable-tanned to produce impressive renderings of classic styles.
