Using deadstock materials and practicing a zero-waste policy, Central Saint Martins alumni Louise Lyngh Bjerregaard created her namesake knitwear label in 2019. With time spent at Eckhaus Latta and Anne Sofie Madsen, Bjerregaard started creating her own collections inspired by a personal love for textiles and a desire to create fabrics from scratch. The Copenhagen native’s meticulous approach garners delicate fine knits, translucent gauzy mesh and vintage-inspire jacquards. The label employs handcrafted techniques to deliver peek-a-boo twin sets, knit bras and fraying hems alongside classic patterns, redefining traditional knitwear staples with a playful expression of feminine sexuality.
